Refunds and Returns

We do not offer refunds on shipping and handling costs on items lost or damaged that are selected as NON-INSURED orders at the time of checkout.

Any none crate item, excluding makeup, we do not offer refunds or returns as they are made to order items. For non-crate items, including makeup, if your item arrives damaged it must be reported within 3 days of delivery. We can only replace items that were insured by the buyer and that are not made to order items.

If you paid for priority shipping and your items are lost or stolen, contact USPS for a full refund on your item or we can file a claim for you and will issue a refund or replacement (if in stock) once a refund by USPS is issued.

Out of state buyers must purchase insurance (Priority Mail or upgraded Insured First Class). If not, you take responsibility for any mishandling of your package.

Items purchases with pre-orders with priority mail will be shipped before the release date of pre-order unless in a bundle pack. Non-bundled items will be shipped priority and pre-orders will be shipped first class once release.
