Because our items are not pressed or packed until ordered to ensure the product you are sent is fresh and new we only offer refunds or returns on damaged items not caused by USPS handling. Items sent by priority are covered by USPS. Claims on lost or stolen items with priority mail must wait until USPS completes their investigation before a replacement or refund is issued.
Any and all damages due to Crate Finds, not USPS, must be reported with photos to us within 3 days of delivery date to be considered for a refund or exchange. We will be more than happy to help you with this process on any items damaged due to our fault.
Items damaged by USPS, lost or stolen are only covered on orders sent priority.
If your order is sent first class per your choice of shipping method at checkout, Crate Finds is not responsible for those items if damaged, lost or stolen unless damaged by Crate Finds.
Unfortunately we do not have the ability to rerun a card to add an item. If you wish to remove an item, we can easily refund your card on file for that item or items as long as the order has not been shipping yet.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do once the order has shipped. You can however try to contact USPS on their website and see if they can reroute it for you. If a package is returned due to a wrong address we can either reship it with the new address after a new shipping label has been paid or we can refund the item cost back to you minus any shipping cost.
